DESCRIPTION:The MSP Project Manager\, Principle Secretary of Environment and consultant presented the MSP Governance Framework options on 4 July 2018 to the Cabinet of Ministers. Cabinet unanimously approved a decision to create an independent MSP Authority which was also the preferred option following the last two Governance Framework Workshops. \nFollowing this approval\, members of the MSP Executive and Steering Committees and from the MSP Technical Working Groups are invited to a half-day meeting on Thursday 20th September 2018 to elaborate a consensus approach and timeline for the realisation of the National MSP Authority.
