The MSP will be meeting with the representatives from the Mahé Fishing Boat Owners Association (FBOA) to provide updates on the MSP and review the proposals for the draft zoning design, Milestone 2.

The FBOA have members on the MSP Technical Working Group – Fisheries, which met on 3 October 2018.  FBOA also has a member and alternate on the MSP Steering Committee, meeting on 11 October and 2 November 2018.   Representatives were not able to attend these meetings due to other commitments.

Meeting Objectives:

1. To receive an update on the MSP process
2. To review and discuss a summary of stakeholder feedback received May-Oct 2018
3. To review, discuss and provide recommendations for proposed new zone areas for Milestone 2
4. To review Allowable Activities Tables and Management Considerations for proposed areas for Phase 2 – Milestone 2
